What Every CRCCE Homeowner Should Know
Vacation Rentals in Our Community
Homes and apartments that are offered as short-term vacation rentals (via Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) are now a fact of life in many communities, including ours.
Many of these properties are owned and operated in accord with local ordinances. In some cases, however, violations are common and ongoing, including excessive noise, overcrowding, inappropriate parking, and issues with trash and trash bins. All vacation rentals must be registered with the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Compliance Division (click for link).
We have compiled a list and map of the registered vacation rentals in our community. (Click the buttons below to download the list and/or the map in PDF format.) It is possible that some homes may be operating as vacation rentals without being registered, which is a violation of city code. Regardless of whether a home is registered or not, you can file a complaint by clicking here.
